Tracking information will be provided by email. Online tracking updates may be delayed, until the item clears customs.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. We ARE NOT responsible for any international customs fees that may be incurred. It may take up to 30 days or more for international shipment depending on the respective customs to clear the item. We are not responsible nor have any control over custom delays. When tracking the item, once it leaves the USA (Chicago), it will go directly to customs who will not update the tracking system. You will not see an update again until customs processes the item and hands it to your postal carrier.
Returns are accepted for domestic purchases within 30 days upon receiving the item. No returns for international purchases. Item must be in the exact condition it was sent out with all tags and protective plastics intact. Please inspect your item carefully before wearing it. Once the item is worn, we CAN NOT take it back under any circumstances for a refund. Your watch is warranted by Invicta and once worn, should any problems arise, it will be covered under Invicta's 3 year warranty.
