Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Information
We offer domestic and international shipping via USPS:

• Domestic (USA): USPS Priority/First Class Mail. Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days.
  

• International: USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery: 6–10 business days, not including customs delays.
  
  

Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your order is shipped. For international orders, please note that tracking updates may pause while the package is in customs. Updates typically resume once the item is handed over to your local postal carrier.

Combined Shipping
If you wish to combine shipping for multiple items, please contact us prior to placing a bid or purchase.

Unclaimed Packages
Buyers are responsible for tracking their orders. If an item is not claimed within 5 days of an attempted delivery, it will be returned to us. We are not responsible for re-shipping fees for unclaimed or returned packages.

International Buyers – Important Notice

• Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  

• These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.
  

• Customs processing times may delay your delivery.
  

• We are not responsible for customs-related delays or fees.
  

• In the rare event of a lost package, a claim can only be filed after 45 days from shipment. Refunds will not be issued prior to this period.

• Domestic Orders Only: Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt.
  
  

• International Orders: All international sales are final and not eligible for return.
  
  

Conditions for Return:

• Items must be in original condition, with tags and protective plastics intact.

Warranty
All watches are covered under Invicta's 3-year manufacturer warranty. If any issues arise after wearing, please contact Invicta directly.
